國民黨提抗告　律師：王金平尊重

【劉志原╱台北報導】國民黨昨針對王金平可暫時行使黨權假處分案，提出抗告，王金平的律師許英傑上午到台北地院領取抗告書繕本後表示，今天已看完全案卷宗，會由律師團研議後續因應方式，許英傑強調，王金平院長尊重國民黨抗告，希望事件儘快落幕，讓全黨團結一致拼經濟。

國民黨抗告理由提及，王金平已非立法委員，民事庭無權審理此案等語，許英傑表示，會由律師團研究抗告書後再表示意見。
