上個月20號np到中華所以在16號提前解約1g199上網方案。 結果這個月收到台哥大最後ㄧ張帳單，多了上網費587，打電話問客服一開始他說因為我解約，所以不能享受1g199方案計費，要照比例收上網費用，有這種道理嗎？我解約是解8/16以後的，8/9至8/15這7天的上網還是在1g199合約期內怎能另立名目收費。 後來強烈抗議下，第一個客服說幫我減免只要繳199月租費就好，當時沒想太多就答應，但後來再看帳單明細，臺灣大哥大已經照比例跟我收那7天的199上網月租了，我何必再繳199。 我就再打電話給客服，結果另一個客服回答讓人更無言，他說公司雖然月流量1g但是我那7天用超過1g的比例，所以要收費，錢不多但是讓人很生氣，台哥大多賺這200我以後完全不想再用這家公司的服務了。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.137.140.214
