公務員高考三級錄取率4.83%　普考2.24%

【徐珮君／台北報導】公務人員高考三級考試進入第2天，考選部表示，昨天應考人數為6萬5632人，到考人數4萬6968人，到考率為71.56%，原本預估錄取率為3.46%，提高到4.83%；至於6日結束的普考粗估錄取率僅2.24%。

對於高普考錄取率偏低，關中認為，從常識來看，高普考錄取率偏低，多少與經濟不景氣有點關係，但因公務員生活安定有保障，考公務員在全世界都是年輕人優先選項，他鼓勵民眾多報考公職，讓國家有更多選擇。此外，關也說，高階文官的素質大不如前，必須加強在職訓練。
