日本男人40真命苦　逾9成對薪水不滿

隨著日本經濟逐漸好轉，加薪的呼聲也愈來愈高。不過一項針對年收入約200萬日圓（59萬元台幣）的40歲男性所做的調查顯示，儘管200名受訪者中，高達91.5%（183人）對目前的收入感到不滿，但其中逾半數都已放棄加薪的念頭。

無奈接受200萬日圓年薪的理由中，選擇「因為參加求職或轉職活動失敗」的人數最多，回答「業界公司業績惡化」的人數也不少，顯示就算成功轉職，除非景氣能夠完全回復，否則想要薪水上調，也是相當困難。

不少受訪者指出，在老婆沒工作，卻又必須撫養小孩的情況下，只得無奈接受當前工作的薪水。200名受訪者中，有56人根本沒有存款。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
