桃檢：男童長期營養不良致死

（中央社記者卞金峰桃園縣8日電）桃園縣1歲多小男童死亡案，桃園檢方今天下午解剖相驗，研判男童是脫水及長期營養不良致死，檢方對男童19歲母親限制住居。

桃園縣1歲多的小男童7日清晨被送往衛福部桃園醫院急救，經醫師急救40分鐘死亡。警方發現小孩送醫時體重約只5公斤，初步相驗，不排除男童長期遭施虐及餓死。

檢方昨相驗男童遺體，發現他僅有5公斤，初步研判疑是營養不良、疏於照顧所致，男童骨瘦如柴，2顆門牙斷一半，口中破皮、潰瘍，導致左臉頰腫脹、額頭瘀青，嘴唇乾裂已結痂，初步相驗沒明顯外傷，也無鈍器重擊、尖銳器物的穿刺傷或香菸燙的傷痕，也找不到致命傷。檢方昨晚偵訊范女及其張姓同居人，之後將兩人請回。

為釐清案情，檢方會同法醫今天進行解剖，結果出爐，檢方發現男童頭部、臟部及顱內沒有出血，研判男童是脫水，加上長期營養不良，才會導致死亡。檢方對男童的母親范女限制住居，並責付給范女的父親。1030708
