日澳簽署協定　將合製潛艇販售

中國國家主席習近平上周訪韓，鞏固中韓關係後，日本不甘被孤立，轉往太平洋尋求結盟。今天（8日）日本首相安倍晉三與澳洲總理艾伯特（Tony Abbott）會面，並簽下合作研發潛艇協議。
 
《日本新聞網》報導，日澳兩國計畫共同研製新潛艇，日本將提供常規靜音技術與船體製造技術。消息指，兩國合作開發的潛艇會向第三國出口。這個合作項目是今年3月安倍內閣制訂「防衞裝備出口三原則」後，第一項與外國合作研製的武器裝備項目。

此外，兩國也簽署了日澳經濟合作協定，預定今年內獲得兩國國會批准，明年開始正式實施。日本也將擴大澳洲牛肉和乳製品進口，將牛肉進口關稅將大幅降低。同時對於乳酪等乳製品實施零關稅待遇。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
