臉書PO文罵女大生「大騙子女兒」婦人被依誹謗罪判罰四萬元

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭1名39歲簡姓婦人，1年多前，為迫使林姓婦人出面解決債務，在林女的女兒所就讀淡江大學蘭陽校園網站上多次留言：「觀光一魏××媽欠錢不還，還會騙人，請同學小心」等語，還在魏女所開設臉書上留言：「大騙子的女兒，請大家小心」，魏女不甘受辱提告，簡婦今天被宜蘭地院依誹謗罪判處拘役40天，得易科罰金4萬元。【更多精彩內容，請看《蘋果跑跳碰》粉絲團】
