標題[請問] 超商內消費 悠遊卡重複扣款如何處理

前幾天到超商消費 因為悠遊卡裡頭只剩餘額6元 所以結帳的時候就告知店員儲值三百元 然後運動飲料25元從悠遊卡扣 並且將發票印出來。 平常沒有在注意結帳後悠遊卡的餘額 但這次剛好注意到消費後餘額只剩256元 很明顯是重複扣款到（可能是儲值後 結帳時有移動到悠遊卡） 所以就跟店員反應了這個狀況 但店員似乎沒有遇過這樣的情況 並且表明機器不可能重複扣款到 發票機也只印了一張紙本發票出來 後來他就說"可能是機器出了問題" 所以那瓶飲料就直接給我 然後將多扣到的25元補回去 但是無法給我發票 超商內的儲值機不是都要以100的倍數為儲值金額嗎 應該沒辦法單單的只儲值25元吧 所以他應該是用退貨的方式把25元補回去 既然是退貨的方式處理 那我的儲值金額應該是要306元才對 那我消費25元的發票究竟是到了哪裡呢...? 還是其實當時有兩筆交易成立 一張發票是電子發票 一張是紙本發票 紙本發票的那筆交易退貨了 所以扣款的那筆交易的發票是儲存在悠遊卡中的 是這樣子嗎...? 還請版上有在超商打過工的大大解惑一下 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.137.164
