標題[問題] 新車被撞出險

大家好~之前有跟板友討論過,最後我選了c9.5也很滿意 但問題來了,之前車都放家門口,幾十年也沒事 就在昨晚牽新車的第十天,有人騎車雷殘了 有人騎車雷殘 撞到我的前保桿
http://ppt.cc/9Npo 還好上禮拜剛裝監視器 但是車牌上有燈曝光沒照到 請問這樣如何處理 要先出險等抓到在賠(但是有抓不到的風險) 還是等保險要到在出險勒? --
