女老師打男學生屁股一下　挨告並記過

彰化縣員林鎮一名國小五年級謝姓女導師，去年10月間因班上一名男學生上課不守秩序，遂以扯鈴棒打該生的臀部一下，造成該生臀部紅腫，因此挨告。全案彰化地院今天審結，法官雖依成年人故意對兒童犯傷害罪，判處拘役30日，但因考量到被告謝女無前科，同時宣告緩刑2年，要求謝女參加3場法治教育。

該案去年10月間爆發後，校方雖曾多次找女導師與家長溝通、道歉，但家長堅持提告，且又把該名學生轉學至其他鄉鎮，女導師與家長未和解，後來人本基金會也介入處理本案，校方事後依規定召開考績委員會，對女導師作成記過一次的行政處分。（孫英哲╱彰化報導）
