中央氣象局說，隨著中度颱風海鷗遠離，台灣昨天出現的強風今天將趨緩，不過，北部氣溫仍偏高。

海鷗颱風雖未撲向台灣，但因吹東風，昨天陸地上出現有如颱風的強陣風，加上颱風帶來的沉降氣流效應，多處溫超過攝氏35度，部分地區還逾37度。

氣象局說，今天台灣附近的風場由原本的偏東風逐漸轉為東南風到偏南風，陸上強風趨緩。

氣象局預報，今天過山沉降效應的程度及範圍不會像昨天那麼明顯，各地高溫約32度至35度，北部還是有機會達36度。

氣象局說，颱風外圍雲系仍會為東南部及南部帶來局部的短暫陣雨，中午過後，其他地區是要留意局部午後雷陣雨。

另台灣各沿海地區及外島仍有長浪，並易有較強陣風，提醒民眾到海邊活動特別注意安全。(中央社)
