台北地檢署偵辦刑警薛貞國遭圍毆致死案，今天將主嫌曾威豪及女友劉芯彤和被告蕭叡鴻等3人聲押，其餘12人各以5萬元到10萬元不等交保。

台北市信義警分局偵查佐薛貞國14日凌晨在台北市信義商圈夜店外遭50名幫派分子持棒球棍、電擊棒等物毆打致死。信義分局與市刑大組成專案小組偵辦。

專案小組循線策動曾威豪及劉女出面投案，台北市刑大15日將兩人帶回信義分局偵訊。據了解，曾男供稱，原本只是要給薛貞國教訓，但看到現場情況失控，兩人嚇傻，才會逃離現場，並非故意要將薛貞國毆打致死。

曾威豪律師李文中受訪指出，一切都是誤會，曾威豪是因為前幾天跟夜店有糾紛，才回夜店找安管理論，否認教唆毆打警察。

警方展開偵訊後將曾威豪、劉芯彤等15名嫌疑人移送北檢複訊。檢察官複訊後依涉犯殺人重罪、且有逃亡、串證滅證之虞向法院聲請將曾威豪、劉芯彤、被告蕭叡鴻3人羈押禁見；其餘12名被告各以新台幣以5萬元到10萬元不等交保。(中央社)
