自行購買特種藥物 可列報醫藥費扣除額

財政部指出，納稅人自行購買特種藥物的藥費支出，可以檢據憑證列報所得稅醫藥費列舉扣除額。

財政部規定，綜合所得稅納稅義務人、配偶或受扶養親屬，在合於所得稅法第17條第1項規定的醫院、診（療）所治療，因病情需要急須使用該院所無的特種藥物，自行購買使用者，其藥費憑據包括：

一、該醫院、診（療）所的住院或就醫證明。

二、主治醫師出具准予外購藥名、數量證明。

三、書明使用人為抬頭的統一發票或收據。

財政部指出，納稅人必須出具以上三項證明文件，才可申報醫藥及生育費列舉扣除。
