占用停車格被拖吊　惡男不服開車衝撞

有驚無險！基隆市1名38歲陳姓男子，去年8月27日上午9時許，發現自己停在七堵的一輛自小客車，因查報為廢棄車輛，蘇姓環保局人員正在車上拍照存證，另名鄒姓拖吊公司人員正在執行拖吊業務，陳男竟駕車衝撞2人。
 
警方調查，陳男惡意衝撞，造成拖吊車左車頭、左保險桿及左大樑毀損，所幸遭撞的2人及時閃避未受傷，事後趕緊報警逮人。日前全案偵辦終結，檢方依殺人未遂、妨害公務與毀損等罪嫌起訴陳男。今天基隆地方法院判決公告指出，陳男對值勤的公務員施暴，處6個月有期徒刑，得易科罰金18萬元。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
