港媒今天報導，涉入台灣餿水油案的香港金寶運有限公司董事江桂才昨天承認，曾計畫與台灣強冠公司合作，在香港設煉油廠，但未成事。

香港東方日報報導，香港政府公司註冊處資料顯示，江桂才2011年在港開設「強冠企業股份有限公司」，另一董事葉文祥正是台灣強冠董事長。

江桂才昨天接受電視台訪問承認，雙方曾想合作，但最終未成事，合營公司在去年解散。

報導指出，江桂才名下公司眾多。其中位於青山道的「凱升國際」一名男子表示，金寶運將工業用油輸出台灣已十多年，與寶源油脂公司是貿易夥伴。

他又指出，公司註冊地址已「人去樓空」的金寶運，現在是空殼公司。(中央社)
