政院打槍內政部　李朝卿復職案將再議

有關南投縣長李朝卿申請復職的訴願案，行政院訴願會在今作出決定，撤銷內政部今年4月22日否准李朝卿復職的處分，由該部在2個月內對該案再另為處分。對此，內政部今晚表示，經審慎研議訴願決定的理由後，將儘速去函南投地方法院瞭解李朝卿所涉貪汙案件的最新審理情形，並視法院後續答復內容，再重新作是否准予其復職的決定。

李朝卿申請復職案件，內政部在去年4月因考量其涉貪案件數量多且複雜，且南投縣政府有關公務員於刑事偵查過程，對相關犯行亦有所指證、自白等情節，不准其復職，並依公務員懲戒法將其移送監察院懲戒並繼續停職。李朝卿在今年3月間再提出復職申請，內政部經重新審視相關規定及其復職申請理由，認為本案原停職的相關原因事實並未改變，在103年4月22日再次否准李朝卿復職申請。

李朝卿夫人簡素端日前以「擔心政治迫害為由」宣布退選南投縣長，並未如外界預期參選。（王家俊／台北報導）
