外牆磁磚砸死婦　大樓管委會遭起訴

天將殺機！基隆市69歲留姓婦人，去年10月13日與丈夫，前往基隆最高大樓「麗榮皇冠」聚餐，晚間8時許步出大樓外，突然被2塊長寬60公分、30公分、厚約3公分外牆磁磚，突從3樓間處砸落，擊中留婦頭部，當場頭破血流，送醫後仍宣告不治，家屬怒告管委會。
 
檢方調查，麗榮皇冠大樓掛滿廣告燈箱，發現廣告燈箱僅固定在大理石外牆上，未固定在大樓RC牆上，導致大理石外牆無力支撐剝落釀禍。檢方發現，去年7月間，管委會得知大樓外牆有破裂之狀況，卻只有在大樓人行道上擺放簡易三角錐，管理明顯疏失。日前全案偵辦終結，檢方依業務過失致死罪嫌，起訴「麗榮皇冠」管委會41歲黃姓主委、39歲洪姓委員及59歲吳姓總幹事。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
