小弟今年也21歲了 臉上確還是有痘痘 之前高中都不太會長 突然到大二下時狂冒 去看中醫後是有比較好了 之前快好的時候（臉上都沒痘痘） 就自做聰明停藥了 停了三個禮拜又開始長啦 導致左右臉頰都有（幾乎都痘疤啦） 還時會冒個幾顆啦 吃的也有在注意 烤的 甜的 飲料 炸的 發酵 乳製食品 這些都會注意不吃 本身也有去做臉 做臉的姐姐說 盡量不要去擦皮膚科開的藥 不然會更嚴重 所以小弟我都沒去看皮膚科 洗完臉也會擦畫妝水 2-3天也會吃一份水果 一天喝水量也3000cc以上 也有在跑步 床單最多2個禮拜換一次 11點睡9點起床 不知道還為什麼會長痘痘 想請較各位水水 是小弟哪還做不夠好? -- posted from android bbs reader on my samsung GT-N7100 https://market.android.com/details?id=com.bbs.reader -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 49.219.22.8 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/BeautySalon/M.1410265119.A.F40.html
