「劉媽媽」菜包店道歉即日起接受退費

中壢劉媽媽菜包曾使用豬油，店家貼告示道歉•生意也受影響•石明啟攝

【動新聞╱桃園報導】桃園縣衛生局上午召開記者會指出，中壢「劉媽媽」菜包店販售的「蘿蔔絲菜包」確有使用全統香豬油，除了針對業者「規避查核」的違法行為，已依《食品衛生管理法》處以50萬元罰鍰，也要求相關產品下架。
劉媽媽菜包店也貼出道歉啟事，聲明已停用全統香豬油，更改使用別種品牌的油品，也表示為了負責這次「油污」事件，只要從今年3月份到9月4日止，只要有購買「蘿蔔絲菜包」，皆可憑發票退費。
