內埔「肉身菩薩」　家人拜了50年

屏東內埔鄉有肉身菩薩，民國前27年出生的徐桂妹，過世時仿效僧人「坐缸」，歷經4年都沒有腐壞，開缸後由兒孫將肉身塗上石膏供奉起來，拜了近50年。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，徐桂妹的孫子宋繼福指出，徐桂妹過世的前一天向家人表示自己即將羽化，坐進陶缸中禁食，果真隔天就在缸中逝世。徐桂妹的陶缸放在三合院中，家人4年後開缸，後發現徐桂妹的肉身幾乎沒有腐壞，遵照徐桂妹的遺願，把她的肉身塗上石膏、穿上霞帔，供奉在自家祠堂。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
