屏東地檢署10日上午前往強冠公司進行搜索，強冠負責人葉文祥否認有向香港進口工業油，只進口食用豬油，檢方對於搜查細節不願透露太多，最後指揮衛生局採驗油品，並封存4座油槽。

因有立委爆料指出強冠曾向香港進口劣質油，屏東地檢署10日上午前往強冠公司進行搜索，根據《蘋果日報》報導，檢方搜查約3個多小時，查扣了一些資料，與相關的油品帶回檢驗。

檢方表示，此次是針對強冠從香港進口的油是哪種油品，詢問其來源、流向及目的，負責人葉文祥表示只進口食用豬油，為進口工業油，檢方封存4座油槽。
