紅嘴犀鳥咬住蜥蝪，準備大快朵頤。

六福村主題遊樂園動物景觀課課長呂學博說，紅嘴犀鳥和其他鳥類的最大區別，就是擁有巨大且色彩鮮豔的巨喙，平時是獵食工具，受威脅時則可當武器，平常以植物果實為主要營養來源，偶爾會吃小型脊椎動物或昆蟲，補充動物性蛋白質。紅嘴犀鳥是一夫一妻配對，且會終身相守，對愛情十分堅貞。

◎特徵：全身除胸部和尾巴外，其他部分均是有光澤的黑色羽毛；嘴巴巨大且色彩鮮豔
