【林師民╱新竹報導】越南籍阮姓女子和有婦之夫洪姓男子不倫戀，去年4月間，洪男出錢租套房給阮女住，2人築起愛之巢，2個多月來在套房內發生約30次性行為，洪的妻子本被蒙在鼓裡，直到去年7月間，洪男帶阮女到苗栗玩，2人進汽車旅館發生性關係，洪男離開時順手拿走房間裡未使用的保險套，結果保險套掉在車上，洪妻無意間看到，氣得半死，馬上質問丈夫，洪男解釋不出來，只好坦承偷吃。

洪妻怒告阮女妨害家庭，刑事部分阮女已遭判刑。洪妻認為阮女害她家庭破碎，傷害她配偶權益，向阮女求償精神撫慰金50萬元，新竹地院法官衡量雙方收入、身分地位等，昨天判決阮女須賠償洪妻20萬元。
