南韓米酒含抗癌物質角鯊烯　為葡萄酒的2百倍

據南韓《中央日報》3日報導，南韓食品研究院發佈調查結果稱，南韓米酒馬格利中，抗癌物質角鯊烯含量是葡萄酒的200倍。 　　

報導稱，角鯊烯多存在於深海鯊魚的肝臟中，是一種具有抗癌、抗腫瘤、抗氧化效果的功能性物質。南韓食品研究院調查結果顯示，市場上銷售的米酒中，角鯊烯的含量高達每公斤1260微克至4560微克，是葡萄酒(每公斤10微克至20微克)的200倍，是啤酒(每公斤30微克至60微克)的50倍。 　　

據悉，南韓食品研究院2011年已經在米酒中發現抗癌物質法呢醇成分。食品研究院的河在浩博士表示米酒中沉澱的部分含有大量角鯊烯和法呢醇，飲用之前最好搖一搖。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
