水產重金屬檢測　魚類基汞限值下修

黑橋牌旗魚酥上周遭香港驗出總汞量3.5ppm（百萬分之一濃度）、超標6倍，與我國檢驗甲基汞限量標準2ppm不同，衛福部食品藥物管理署依據農委會提供近2年沿近海及遠洋漁船水產品重金屬之監測資料，提出下修鯨、鯊、旗、鮪、油魚等水產品的甲基汞限值為1 ppm草案，現正辦理草案預告。
 
食藥署指，聯合國食品法典委員會對生鮮水產品的甲基汞上限標準為1ppm，為此次草案下修標準的參考依據，我國參照聯合國、歐盟和紐澳都是驗甲基汞，相較於香港更符合國際趨勢，另台南市衛生局上周到黑橋牌工廠抽驗9批旗魚肉，甲基汞均未檢出，即使依草案標準下修為1ppm，也無違規。（蔡明樺／台北報導）
