歐銀意外降息　美股早盤上漲

歐銀意外降息，並宣布啟動QE（量化寬鬆）刺激經濟成長，激勵美股今日早盤開高，3大指數全面上漲，道瓊工業指數上漲0.41%或70點、納斯達克指數上漲0.57%或26點、S&P 500指數上漲0.41%或8點。
 
美國勞工部宣布，上周初領失業救濟金人數較前周小幅增加4000人至30.2萬人，略多於市場預期的30萬人，顯示勞動市場復甦情況不如預期良好。（陳冠穎／綜合外電報導）
