伍茲瞄準年度千萬美元大獎

延至今天結束的BMW高球賽，「球王」伍茲 (Tiger Woods)於最後一輪欲振乏力，擊出平標準桿71桿成績，最終以第11名坐收。

不過，伍茲仍領銜以最高積分進軍本周聯邦杯年終大決賽「巡迴錦標賽」，要來挑戰千萬美元大獎，這也成了他宣告今年「王者歸來」最重要一役。

伍茲說了，「這場比賽推桿不是很好，然而這只不過是另一個不順的一周而已。」顯然伍茲並沒有把這場失利放在心上，然而所有人都知道，伍茲最大的獵物，其實是放在本周千萬美元大決賽上。

本周「巡迴錦標賽」是今年PGA個人賽事最後一場比賽，就是PGA的年終大賽，以年度參賽結果計算聯邦杯積分，前30名選手才能以參加，在這場比賽奪冠選手，除了比賽冠軍獎金外，最重要就是可額外再獲得千萬美元。
