邱大展淚眼懇求　盼法官解除境管

【張欽／台北報導】因涉雙子星大樓開發弊案被檢方依背信等罪起訴的台北市財政局前局長邱大展，8月初曾被檢方諭令100萬元交保，並限制出境，因限制出境處分將於10月初到期，台北地院今傳喚邱出庭，了解是否有繼續限制出境的必要，開庭時，邱眼眶泛紅求法官解除限制出境，法官將裁定是否准駁。
 
邱大展開庭時，眼眶泛紅，堅己清白，指檢方斷章取義，完全不採對他有利的證據，且家人都在台灣，沒必要逃亡，他並稱自己因此案身敗名裂，只能回學校教書，希望法官能考量他有時需要出國參加學術活動，還要照顧生病的家人，能解除限制出境。
 
邱大展遭檢方認定明知太極雙星團隊的投標文件不實，竟護航使其他評選委員陷於錯誤，讓太極雙星取得雙子星大樓開發案的第一順位優先議約權，因此將邱依背信罪起訴，並請法官重判。
