【何哲欣／台北報導】國民黨拒絕讓立法院長王金平出席9月29日全代會，法界質疑國民黨違法，最重可被罰30萬元。王金平上午受訪說，之前有接獲黨中央的出席通知，現在是不是有變化，他還不知道。至於未來是否會向法院提強制執行？王也說，這要交由律師去處理，他目前也還沒跟律師討論此事。

此外，年代民調指總統馬英九滿意度勝9.2％，也有34％民眾希望王金平努力重回國民黨。王金平低調說，民調只是參考，且他一直都還是國民黨的黨員。
