大安森林公園豪宅新案　每坪喊250萬元

【劉曉霞／台北報導】大安森林公園第一排久未有新建案推出，主打大安森林公園第一排、日本名師設計的「水樹之間」今天下午正式開案，該案總銷約10億元，坪數規劃約41~54坪，每坪開價190~250萬元，單戶總價8000萬元~1億元。

寶舖建設副總經理陳松林表示，看好豪宅的區域特性，未來寶舖獵地仍以台北精華區為主，只看準大安、信義、中正區，大直和內湖等區域都不推案。
