新北推「都更家教」　教民眾自力更新

【郭寶懃／台北報導】新北市推出「都更家教」，最主要協助老舊社區推動都市更新，並且從中輔導社區民眾了解都市更新的事務，未必要靠建商，也能自組更新會找到合適的建築師和營造廠，打造屬於自己的家。

新北市政府都市更新處處長王玉芬表示，市府都更處已經研擬「都市更新推動師」的培訓制度，角色就像是家教一般，可以提供有需要都更的社區諮詢服務，也可以從旁協助社區推動更新的大小事務，協助民眾自力更新重建或辦理整建維護，期以活絡新北市的都市更新事業。
