台灣研發製造　花式撞球4、6、7改色

【陳國偉／南崁報導】由台灣研發製造的比賽級花式撞球，昨在台茂女子職撞首度曝光，提供測試使用，新球最大改變是「4」(粉紅改為紫色)、「6」(綠色改為芥末綠)、「7」(咖啡改為青色)子球顏色改變，目的是希望轉播時能夠更清楚辨別，這組新球已在七月美國公開賽先行使用。
 
撞球總會會長涂永輝表示，花式撞球比賽，對於球的顏色沒有嚴格規定，只要能清楚辨別號碼，其餘就是球的大小與重量需合乎規定，這款比賽球定價在4000台幣，相較由比利時製作的國際比賽用球，要價4500台幣稍微便宜。
