【蔡進男／新北報導】新北市1名國小男導師，涉嫌以抒解壓力名義，趁隙猥褻1名女同學，讓女童感到不舒服。女童因此向校方反映此事，學校召開性別平等教育委調員會調查，該老師辯稱是學生主動要求他幫忙按摩抒壓的，全案日前偵結，檢方依妨害性自主罪嫌，將這名老師提起公訴。
