永慶房產集團與北市府合作　推免費租屋服務

【張菱育／台北報導】台北房價日益高漲，部分民眾買不起房，只能暫時租屋，而台北市空置住宅高達12.2萬戶，為鼓勵民眾將手上物件釋出，台北市政府推出「租者有其屋」，其中永慶房產集團為首家合作的房仲業者，先從台北市物件開始，推出免費的租屋服務平台。

今日下午在台北市長郝龍斌、副市長張金鶚的見證下，由永慶房屋集團宣布，台北市160家永慶房屋門市，約2000位業務員，結合好房網的快租服務，推出虛實整合的快租平台，提供「免服務費」、「免費諮詢」、「免費刊登」等「十大免費」住宅租賃平台服務，讓租屋市場正常化。
