【游芳男／宜蘭報導】宜蘭茶半發酵茶製茶技術競賽首獎，製茶近40年的礁溪鄉茶農賴兒圖（47歲），今年以金萱茶從40位好手競技中脫穎而出，勇奪首獎。

第1次得到全縣技術競賽首獎的賴兒圖說：製茶除要天時地利人和，還要不斷修正改進過去失敗錯誤的過程：「獲得首獎，我算是好運啦！」在競賽現場24小時不眠不休的製茶過程中，「我根本沒想到會得冠軍，只想到若能為礁溪鄉爭到1個紅紙(指2獎或3獎)就很高興，縣長林聰賢宣佈首獎時「我自己都嚇一跳！」

製好茶要訣為何？製茶第3代的賴兒圖，不到10歲就幫忙家人製茶，他說：最重要是天氣好，沒有好天氣，茶就做不好；另外，茶園管理要有機化，注意用藥及加強有機肥。賴兒圖因年齡超過45歲，無法代表宜蘭縣參加今年全國製茶大賽，他說：「有得獎就好！」
