安理會討論敘利亞會議　遭俄撤回

【綜合報導】聯合國安理會原本應俄羅斯要求，將於今日稍早就敍利亞危機召開緊急閉門會議，但是最後卻遭俄羅斯主動撤回，讓會議突然取消。

此外，美國、法國和英國決定將起草一份決議，表示若敘利亞不遵照要求銷毀化學武器，就有法源授權對其動武。但俄羅斯總統普丁仍堅持，拒絕接受使用武力的計劃。
