古巴總統：學著與歧見共存

古巴總統勞爾（Raul Castro）今天與美國總統歐巴馬同步發表演說，宣布兩國關係正常化。歐巴馬更在談話中深情喊話，說「我們都是美洲人」。
 
勞爾在演說中表示，３名古巴人在與美換囚中獲釋，他們在2001年時因為間諜罪被捕。勞爾強調，歧見應該透過「談判」解決。古巴會盡速展開與美國外交關係對話。
 
他還說，雖然古巴與美國之間在某些領域存有歧見，例如人權、外交和領土問題，但是國與國之間「應該要以文明的方式，學著與歧見共存。」（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
