台灣電力公司林口發電廠拆除舊廠房，過程中現場粉塵飛揚，嚴重影響公共安全，新北市政府環保局今天表示，已經重罰新台幣100萬元。

環保局表示，台電林口發電廠將拆除廠區內20棟辦公室、廠房、倉庫、機房設備。昨天拆除廠區內高度約62公尺的鋼骨構造鍋爐房時，未做好灑水等防護措施，導致瞬間產生大量粉塵。

因為拆除時，對風向估計錯誤，造成大量塵煙瀰漫至一旁西濱快速道路，揚起的煙塵瞬間讓天空變暗，造成過往駕駛驚恐，緊急煞車，根本不敢通過。駕駛一度誤以為台電以爆破方式拆除建物。

市府環保局公害稽查發言人孫忠偉今天表示，今天前往現場瞭解，承包商坦承疏失，因為業者造成嚴重公共安全，環保局檢附相關證據，依「空氣污染防制法」，從嚴、從重處分施工廠商100萬元。 1031218
