聖誕佳節在即，又為迎接明年創校五十週年校慶系列活動，吳鳳科大繼玉山登頂後，於12/17下午陸續舉辦歡慶吳鳳五十歲生日校園路跑賽，更打造嘉義最高聖誕樹，在當日傍晚由吳鳳科大校長蘇銘宏與活動主要贊助人新港香藝文化園區董事長陳文忠伉儷，引領在場師生一起舉行點燈儀式，為五十名弱勢學童點亮夢想星光。
