肯亞5層樓塌　夾數十人

肯亞首都奈洛比這棟5層樓公寓，昨天凌晨突然倒塌，各層樓板瞬間疊在一起，睡夢中的住戶逃避不及，受困瓦礫堆中。公寓約有30戶，救難人員在現場積極搶救，救出7人，1人送醫途中不治，估計仍有數十人被困。當局將調查塌樓原因。

奈洛比一房難求，許多建商為賺暴利，蓋屋時常規避建築法規，肯亞建築協會曾指出，奈洛比有5成建築不合法規。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
