嘉縣議會準正副議長出爐

經過多日協商，嘉義縣民進黨縣黨部今日傍晚宣佈，下屆議會確定由現任代理議長張明達和議員陳怡岳一同角逐正副議長，由於綠營已掌握過半席次，如未發生跑票意外，張、陳幾乎篤定當選。

嘉義縣民進黨部表示，目前綠營的黨團成員均已簽署切結書，保證遵照黨團決議投票一致性，絕無跑票或換票之違紀行為，如有違者將受開除黨籍之最嚴厲處分，同時將由黨團總召林秀琴議員等人擔任監票員，落實「票票入匭，一票都不能跑」的要求。

嘉義縣議會秘書長黃尚文表示，目前嘉義縣議會席次共37席，綠營目前掌握的席次為24席，已擁有過半席次。至於國民黨方面目前並未推出角逐議長的人選。（王智勇／嘉義報導）
