桃園縣「知味大溪豆乾」 門市疑似販售使用芊鑫豆製品乳化劑所製作的調味豆乾，衛生局於17日晚第一時間接獲通知後立即派員前往稽核，初步並未在該門市發現有販售調味類等10項產品，但將移請業者商業登記所在地的新竹縣衛生局進一步釐清流向，以確保消費者權益。

遭通報的「知味大溪豆乾」經查與立義食品有限公司為同一負責人，立義食品則委託裕香食品廠製作調味豆乾產品銷往桃園縣內6家「知味花生軟糖」門市，桃園縣衛生局實地稽查知味桃園店門市，雖未見販售大豆丁、神木豆干、香辣豆絲、魯肉珍味、辣味豆干、紅蒜口味、哇沙米、黑胡椒口味、麻辣鹽酥雞、紅燒沙茶等10項問題產品，但因立義食品有限公司營業登記於新竹縣衛生局，所以將通報新竹縣衛生局進一步釐清流向。

此外，衛生局已將流向縣內九家業者的違規豆製品乳化劑全數回收完畢，共查封3610公斤，待退回臺南市芊鑫實業社。
