國內首座自製波浪發電機組　 成功下海

台船今宣布研發出首座國人自製「波浪發電」機組，今並成功在高雄外港進行海上測試，台船指波浪發電是利用海浪動能來發電，發電成本與風力發電相仿，但因在外海發電，無噪音與破壞環保等問題，而能源局已評估台灣外海有8處開發波浪發電的潛力場址，未來將可藉電纜線從外海將電力輸送回本島。
 
台船副總吳瑞端指依目前評估每個波浪發電的潛力場址，約可放置約500個波浪發電機組，約兩個場址電力，即可供本島一個小城市用電量，且重點是環保、經濟，今天於台船廠外海進行波浪發電機組下海測試，也為國內波浪發電開啟進展。
 
能源局指出，英國、日本、美國、加拿大、丹麥、挪威、蘇俄、以色列及中國等均已投入波浪發電系統研發。(吳慧芬／高雄報導)
