派遣法特定業別派遣勞工傾15%

勞動部長陳雄文今天下午指出，派遣勞工保護法草案的立法，目前卡在對特定業別的派遣勞工上限，勞動部希望在10%至15%，工總等團體希望能提高到20%，15%有可能是最後的版本。他希望大家能各讓一步，越早通過越能保護勞工。

派遣勞工保護法草案爭議多時，主要是派遣勞工上限的訂定，陳雄文說，3%的適用仍維持不動，讓全國傳產勞工可以適用，但也提出特定申請的行業可以彈性運用。他說，特定傳統產業提出申請，由大家共同組成專案審查，勞動部對特定傳產的上限，可以接受10%至15%，但工業團體則要求20%。

陳雄文說，勞委會最近勤於溝通特定傳產，希望依他們的需求，不要全部限死3%，他說，目前看了一些行業，多數用10%至20%，還有行業用到30%至40%，他說，這麼高的比例，「還是要把他們壓下來」。並不是勞動部不強制用3%的上限，有些行業認為不給高的比例，寧可搬到海外，因此，只能訂彈性的條款，並專案審查。
