小弟是新鮮人上個月到公司任職當初面試時課長和我說一個月給Nk 結果發薪水才知道公司是用日薪來計目前知道沒有全勤金這種事不管我怎麼計算以後全勤大概都是N-2,N-3左右而已請問既然是用日薪計算每個月的薪水一定都不一樣那他當初跟我說有Nk是不是不合理? 有自動幫我補到Nk這種事嗎... 請問我該去問他嗎?還是趕快逃了謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.193.154.182 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1418254351.A.B40.html
