幸福、國寶人壽標售條件年底出爐已有5-10家買家有意願

金管會11日表示，今(2014)年年底擬就幸福人壽、國寶人壽的標售時間與相關條件發出公告，金管會初步規劃，據瞭解，目前約有5-10家金融機構，有參與標售案的意願，希望明年3月底前可以順利標售。

金管會保險局指出，目前規劃方案有兩大方向，包括採取「一標二」或是「一標一」，也就是一家投標者同時承接兩家問題壽險公司，或是各自一家標售一家。

根據規劃，金管會將給予得標者獎勵，包括：在計算資本適足率(RBC)的時候，死差益與利差損可以互抵；保險商品送審的案件，可以額外再多給2件；另針對宣告利率商品，現行金管會規定，宣告利率不得高於區隔資產前12個月移動平均投資報酬率加計2碼（0.5個百分點），可望在加碼的部分予以放寬；以及海外投資的部分，特定項目可以另給額度，為期約5年等。
