IPHONE6緊急警報亂響?

上班到一半突然手機大叫嚇到
出現啥緊急警報，我上google查了一下好像很多人都有發生
我明明沒有開政府提示功能也關靜音他還是叫

這樣我上班很困擾有沒有解決方案這是bug嘛?

我是遠傳 IPHONE6 ios8.1.2

補充:
確認為遠傳電信測試警報功能，不分機種Htc 甚至其他手機都有出現一樣的警告消息

不過遠傳這樣都沒預警的.....是不是該說明一下啊
不然下次就被當放羊的孩子了.....
