金管會主委曾銘宗今天在立法院對於台新金告財政部一事表示，尊重台新金採取司法救濟的權利，但台新金不要搞太兇，影響外界觀感，甚至連帶影響金融股，並不合適。

立委關注台新金提告一事，並建議雙方應協調溝通，曾銘宗表示，金管會對此事有三原則，第一，大股東間要和諧，有助穩金融機構穩健經營及未來發展。第二，有關台新金對財政部提訴訟，憲法保障人民司法救濟權利，或向監察院陳情保障其權益等，金管會尊重。第三，雙方尤其台新金不要搞太兇，影響外界觀感。

曾銘宗說，他的權益我們尊重，但不要搞得連帶到影響到金融股，這並不合適。
