未來民選公務人員擬納入「忠誠查核」

政府忠誠查核對象擴大，銓敘部在考試院會建議忠誠查核備查對象，不應只限於涉及國家安全或重大利益公務人員，擬將民選公務人員納入，包括總統、副總統、各縣市長、立委和議員等都將一體適用。銓敘部說，建請行政院審酌，適度規範。

銓敘部表示，現行查核辦法中，查核對象僅限常務人員，目前受查核者有1066個職務，提升至法律位階後，可擴大適用至300多名政務人員。

至於廣大民選公職人員，現行除了民選行政首長準用公務員服務法外，其餘民選公職人員均未受相關規範。民選公職人員除依選罷法罷免外，也無法因查核結果影響其當選資格。
