中國大陸今年經濟可能創24年來最慢的成長速度，在刺激措施未能充分抵消房市低迷的陰霾下，分析師預測，中國人民銀行（大陸央行）可能在第4季調降存款準備金率。

路透社24日發自北京的調查顯示，在14名受訪的分析師中，有半數預估存款準備金率將下調50個基本點（bp）至19.5%。

這項預測若成真，將成為2012年5月以來，人行再次對全部陸資銀行調降存準率。

存款準備金率是衡量銀行需在央行存儲金額的指標，因此下調理論上意味著將釋放出更多資金用於借貸。

分析師預測，存款準備金率最快將在第4季下調，這比之前認為在第3季進行的預期更晚。

另外，澳盛銀行在最新發布的「ANZ大中華每週濟觀察」中預測，人行可能在第3季對整體銀行體系調降存款準備金率，幫助政府實現今年7.5%的成長目標。(中央社)
